Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a second email with tracking information once your package ships. Processing times may extend slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Typical estimates are:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates. Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any promotional or free-shipping offers will apply automatically.

Tracking Information
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package returns to us, we can reship it, but additional postage will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it still cannot be found, email us at support@sidewalkghosts.com and we will do our best to assist. We cannot replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
