Thank you for supporting Sidewalk Ghosts. Every purchase helps us continue the work of sharing human stories and creating spaces for real connection. We want you to feel valued and supported, and we will always do our best to take care of you.
If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please email a photo of the issue to support@sidewalkghosts.com within 15 days of receiving your order so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Size or Fit Exchanges
If the size is not a good match, we are glad to help with an exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange and send your new size right away.

Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we can issue one after the item is returned to us in unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Where to Send Returns
After contacting us at support@sidewalkghosts.com, we will send you the return address and simple instructions for sending your item back.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products.
